Wildwood Crest Condo for Sale!

Today we’re visiting the Beautiful Beach town of Wildwood Crest in New Jersey and I’m going to take you on a tour of an adorable condo just listed for sale. Coming fully furnished and decorated with a shabby chic beachy style, this little condo will Wow you. I love how the seller so creatively and efficiently used all their space in this condo and wait till you see the window shades!

Wildwood Crest, a beautiful beach town located just South of Wildwood on what is known as the 5 mile Island. Comprising of North Wildwood, Wildwood, West Wildwood and Wildwood Crest.

Around 5300 people call Wildwood Crest home on a year round basis and in the summer the population increases to around 250,000.00! After vacationing in the Wildwoods year after year, many families decide on buying a Vacation home or Condo down the Shore.

Wildwood Crest begins where the Boardwalk ends on Cresse Ave. Wildwood Crest offers a slightly quieter scene than the lively vibe of Wildwood with all of the amusement piers. If you want to be in the heart of where all the action is, check out this Video I did last week with a condo tour in Wildwood.

The real estate in Wildwood Crest is a blend of Vintage bungalows, Large Victorian homes with wrap around porches, new construction townhomes and single family homes. Many of the Larger Condo buildings with pools can be found beachfront or within a block. Wildwood Crest also has more Motels than any other town on the island and you can still find vintage Doo Wop styled Motels, some of which are found on the National register of Historic places.

The Costa Del Sol is located at 5600 Seaview Avenue, between Buttercup and Lavender Road. Just 2 ½ blocks to the Beach and 2 blocks to the beginning of the Boardwalk on Cresse Ave. This building features a large pool and kiddie pool, outside shower and off street parking. There are only 2 floors in this building and Unit 31 is on the 2nd Floor. For a Virtual tour, watch this video.

Isn’t this unit cute? Did you notice the glass doorknobs? What was your favorite feature? Let me know in the comments below.
