In today’s video I run a search on the Cape May County MLS to see what’s available under $250,000.00.
As expected, there’s not much out there. Only 4- 1 bedroom Year round units are currently active on the market. With the weather looking good for the weekend, they’ll be a lot of buyers coming down the shore .
Interest rates are expected to go up and there is currently a rate add-on for vacation home buyers. If you are in the market to buy a home down the shore this year, give me a call.
